In Ditzingen, you will encounter security solutions for monitoring and safeguarding borders and border controls, protection of civil and military facilities and tactical communication. This is the right place for you if you want to join us in developing and producing tactical radio equipment for networked operations guidance during military missions. Join the Thales expert team for cybersecurity and cryptography, for encryption components and hardware security modules and electronic key management systems. We are happy to have you on board!  

Your mission

Directing project activities in accordance with Chorus 2.0 to ensure successful completion in technical, industrial, financial, and customer satisfaction aspects through collaboration with various management teams

Establishing and updating the project requirements baseline in collaboration with the Bid Manager

Defining and managing the project execution baseline, including management plans, budgets, and schedules, while continuously planning team workload

Ensuring a successful project transition by preparing and validating the project launch and conducting a project launch review

Managing all relevant stakeholders, establishes a project team charter, and continuously tracks financial KPIs, performing gap analysis and implementing mitigation actions as needed

Maintaining the Risks & Opportunities Register, managing contractual requirements, preparing project reviews, providing leadership to the project team, and documenting lessons learned upon project closure

We are looking forward to

Graduate in an IT or Engineering field of study (e.g. IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschafts-/Ingenieurwesen) or equivalent qualification

Solid experience in project management with national and international customers

Strong communication skills in German and English both spoken and written – able to negotiate and influence

Technically, you will impress us with your experience in agile methodologies and practices preferred as well as your skills in usage of ERP tools (SAP), Office Applications and Jira

Personally, you will inspire us with your positive can-do attitude, your tenacity to get things done and your good organisation and time management skills
