Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator
Job Description

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements. This role involves the overall completion of projects, delegation of tasks, maintaining client relations, and general project management.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.Manage and oversee all aspects of project completion.Delegate tasks efficiently and effectively to ensure project success.Maintain strong client relations and handle client interactions professionally.Coordinate and manage project schedules and deliverables.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of Electrical Project Management and Estimating experience.Experience with Estimating software such as Accubid or similar.Proficiency in construction management, bidding, and budgeting.Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.Strong skills in Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required if only 5 years of experience; not required with 10+ years of experience.Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Automotive construction projects.Proficiency in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and similar construction tools.Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
