Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role focuses on overseeing mechanical construction projects, estimating costs, and ensuring the seamless execution of industrial and commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in process piping, mechanical systems, and leadership to drive project success. Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, from initial planning to final execution. • Develop accurate project estimates and prepare detailed proposals. • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and handle change orders efficiently. • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles. • Review and interpret mechanical drawings, including isometric and P& ID diagrams, to guide project decisions. • Utilize AutoCAD to develop or evaluate shop drawings. • Lead project teams with effective communication and organizational skills. • Conduct compliance reporting and ensure regulatory requirements are met. • Proactively address challenges to maintain project timelines and objectives. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical contracting, with a strong focus on process piping. • Proven expertise in estimating and project management within industrial and commercial sectors. • Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings, including isometric and P& ID diagrams. • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for creating or reviewing shop drawings. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. • Familiarity with production scheduling and compliance management. • Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in mechanical construction.
