The Global Platforms Planning & Execution (P&E) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Digital Delivery platform.The Project Manager will be responsible for applying theoretical knowledge and specific functional expertise to achieve project goals. This role involves coordinating activities of the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources, developing schedules, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and features. The Project Manager will track and monitor key delivery plan milestones, participate in strategy and planning sessions, and support the creation of plans for roadmap sessions. Additionally, the Project Manager will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support conclusions and present insights and findings.

What you’ll do:

Support the creation of plans used in planning and roadmap sessions

Participate in strategy and planning sessions to increase knowledge

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support conclusions and/or present insights and findings

Coordinate activities of the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables/features

Track and monitor key delivery plan milestones

Apply a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieve goals through own work

Provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise

What experience you need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-5 years of experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira)Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and senior management, present information clearly, facilitate meetings, and give/receive feedbackAbility to identify problems, evaluate options, select the best solution, and implement it to ensure project success. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage personal time and the time of the team to ensure project tasks and milestones are met
