Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Project Overview

This high-capacity data center development includes multiple 1-million-square-foot buildings, each supporting 150 MW of infrastructure. The scope includes:

Core and shell construction (approx. 15–18% of total build cost)Deep foundation systems and insulated precast structuresSite work, utilities, and coordination with MEP contractorsRapid design evolution and limited pre-construction documentationUse of Primavera P6 for integrated scheduling with external stakeholdersRole Overview

Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of core and shell construction. You’ll lead coordination efforts, oversee subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules using P6 and ProcoreCoordinate excavation, precast, and MEP interfacesOversee procurement, submittals, and change managementLead weekly coordination meetings and ensure cross-trade alignmentDrive performance with a focus on safety and scheduleQualifications5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial constructionStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with evolving scopes and limited design documentationFamiliarity with deep foundations, precast systems, and winter logisticsWillingness to travel and spend time on-site prior to full mobilization
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
