Project Manager- Corporate Operations

This person will drive business optimization initiatives that enhance process stability & efficiency, cost reduction, and support cultural transformation. The role will facilitate cross-functional project teams of varying sizes to implement impactful solutions aligned with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate embraces change and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage business improvement projects from inception to completion. Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve operational inefficiencies. Translate corporate improvement initiatives into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes. Use process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by engaging stakeholders and promoting accountability. Document project milestones, outcomes, and learnings for organizational knowledge sharing. Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to department heads and senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or business operations. Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and/or PMP Certifications are a plus. Familiarity with Lean and Agile Methodologies. Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, process mapping tools, and data analytics.
