This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project objectives aligned with organizational goals. As a Contract Project Manager, you will work as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: + Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. + Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. + Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. + Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. + Facilitate effective collaboration among team members and departments. + Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. + Prepare and present regular project reports and post-project evaluations. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
