Project Manager - Content Strategy Job Details Job Location Linthicum MD Corporate - Linthicum, MD Position Type Full Time Salary Range $58000.00 - $65000.00 Salary Description Position Summary: The Project Manager - Marketing Content Strategy supports NFM Lending by planning, coordinating, and executing marketing content projects that advance business objectives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for Content Strategy, this role manages project requests and ensures accurate and compliant content delivery, and collaborates with sales, compliance, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate combines project management skills with content marketing experience in the mortgage or financial services industry. Qualifications: + College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field + Minimum three years of marketing or project management experience, preferably in mortgage, financial services, or real estate + Robust writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify mortgage concepts + Experience managing projects from intake through completion within deadlines + Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, email, and print channels + Proficiency in project management tools and content management systems (CMS) + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, compliance, and creative staff + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities + Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations preferred + Analytical ability to track performance and recommend improvements Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to: + Manage and prioritize marketing content project requests from intake through delivery + Draft, edit, and review marketing content for digital, print, and social platforms + Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and compliance + Partner with designers, CRM administrators, and marketing staff to produce campaigns and sales materials + Maintain project and content calendars to ensure on-time delivery + Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders and leadership + Ensure brand consistency across all content and materials + Monitor and report on project outcomes and recommend improvements + Support SEO, lead generation, and customer education initiatives + Stay current on mortgage industry trends and regulatory updates + Perform quality control checks for accuracy and compliance + Assist in developing content templates and best practices + Coordinate with vendors or external partners as needed + Contribute to team projects and initiatives as assigned + Perform additional duties as needed, with occasional overtime and travel.
