Project Manager - Construction & Facilities - El Paso (4968)

Eagle Harbor, LLC is a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Contractor leader is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to join our team in Euless, TX.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage budget, schedule the requirements of multiple concurrent construction projectsLiaise between project managers, other government entities, customer management, and other stakeholdersSupport project planning, quality, project financial, oversight and provide deliverables under the task orderReport project progressDevelop scopes of work and project requirement packages for new projects, this involves working with multiple stakeholders to determine the requirements and liaises with technical experts who can develop project solutions for these requirementsAssist government stakeholders to create and manage budgets and schedules and prioritize current and future year construction project plans for the programResolve urgent or unforeseen issues that arise in construction projects related to funding, coordination, and any construction issuesProvide risk management and manage contingency executionReports on project progress, issues and resolutions

 

Requirements:

US CitizenAbility to pass Agency clearanceAbility to pass a pre-employment background checkBachelor’s degree in a technical or construction related field (or equivalent experience)Ten plus years related work experience requiredEnrollment in a PM certification program is preferred but not requiredPoven ability to perform a in a lead capacityMotivated self-starterExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity of Industry practices and regulations are requiredMust be versatile, enthusiastic to work in a highly flexible, team-oriented environments with exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills
