Skills and Requirements Strong and demonstrated EHS culture  Attention to quality management and continuous improvement of quality culture  College or bachelors degree in management or engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) is recommended, or relevant proven field experience  Field management experience  Excellent communication skills written and verbal (English)  Leadership skills  Availability to travel within USA and/or Canada,  10+ years in project management organization in Construction or Commissioning Project Management Certification  Experience with technical concepts (including hydropower technology, i.e., turbines, generators, mechanical and electrical balance of plant systems, etc.)  Location: Canada and USA, preferred west or east coasts null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
