WSP USA is initiating a search for a full-time **Project Manager - Construction** to support projects in **Dallas, TX** area.
The Project Manager - Construction will serve as a key liaison between the construction team and the client, ensuring that all phases of the project are executed with a high level of quality, efficiency, and accountability. This role supports technical staff, engineers, and construction team in coordinating the execution of aviation and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities include planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities, including system installations such as HVAC, steam, compressed air, chilled water, plumbing, and automation. The Project Manager - Construction will manage the overall project schedule, budget, and coordinate with the general contractor and subcontractor.
This position ensures that all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards for performance, reliability, safety, and security—while maintaining alignment with project timelines and client expectations.
Your Impact
+ Directly responsible for overall project management of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing delivery on a project in the DFW area.
+ Manage the project budget, including hard costs, soft costs, and construction cost/benefit analysis
+ Prioritize safety for all members of the project team
+ Provide technical support in the execution and management of the order and installation MEP systems to achieve a client's goals and objectives through site improvements, entitlements and permits (expedition process with agencies and municipalities)

+ Schedule creation and management
+ Lead and manage airport construction projects through all phases—from early concept development to completion and handover.
+ Oversee MEP construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
+ Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Who You Are
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering, construction management, or a related field
+ 7-10 years of experience managing projects in the aviation, healthcare, mission critical, or comparable 24/7 industries from early concept stage to completion.
+ Coordinate subcontractor timelines and resources across multiple disciplines
+ Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients
+ A strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate
+ Knowledge and ability reading and understand design development and construction documents.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner, and computer literacy
+ Flexibility with work hours and travel (US) as needed, with the ability to work in a hybrid model,
+ Highly organized with strong analytical skills
+ Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and project software
+ Proven expertise in MEP construction.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
+ Proficiency in project management software and tools
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree is preferred.
+ Essential or enhancing professional licensure/certification.
