As a Project Manager Commercial Effectiveness, you will support projects aimed at optimizing the commercial tools used by our teams across various countries. Your role involves leading project management within the commercial excellence domain, focusing on the continued implementation and optimization of the Sales Enablement Platform and other tools to enhance customer experience and commercial effectiveness.

This position reports to the Director of Global Commercial Excellence and is part of the Commercial Excellence Team based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Support project planning and execution: Assist in developing detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration

Tool implementation and improvement: Assist in launching new tools and improving existing ones, ensuring they meet the needs of the commercial teams.

Data Analysis and reporting: gather user feedback for tool improvements and analyze data to see how tools are performing.

Stakeholder communication: Regularly update project leads and stakeholders, sharing status updates, risks, and solutions.

Change management: Support the adoption of new tools and keep stakeholders informed through communication plans.

Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations based on data.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Commercial background with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Proficiency in understanding commercial processes and utilizing lean management tools.

Practical experience with CRM systems and other commercial tools.

Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.

Proven track record of collaborating with senior management and various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

It would be advantageous if you also have experience in:

Direct sales or marketing roles

Integrating AI into daily tasks or supporting projects that implement AI-driven tools
