**The Role:**
**We are looking for a candidate to join our team who will be involved in the managing ongoing development of our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and supporting our POS [Point of Sale] Channel Data Management team. This role will include managing, coordinating by working with Data engineers, Biz stakeholders and Channel Data Mgmt team in the loading and extraction of data, including POS to and from the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to deployment in production. A key focus of the role will be Project Management, Owning, Implementation and successful delivery in the production environment.**

+ **Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering, channel data management and Global Business Finance projects.**
+ **Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.**
+ **Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.**
+ **Create and maintain detailed project plans, documentation (e.g., roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs).**
+ **Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, external partners, and vendors.**
+ **Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.**
+ **Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage expectations across business and technical domains.**
+ **Coordinate with data engineering teams to build, test and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data lakes/warehouses.**
+ **Oversee integration of channel data from various partners (retailers, distributors, resellers).**
+ **Work with data quality and governance teams to ensure compliance with data standards and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).**
+ **Oversee onboarding and integration of channel partners and their data feeds (POS, inventory, sales-in/sales-out).**
+ **Ensure high data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in partner data ingestion processes.**
+ **Support channel performance analytics, partner incentive programs, and reporting dashboards.**
**Key Qualifications:**
**For consideration, you must bring the following** **minimum** **skills and behaviors to our team:**
+ **7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on data engineering or data integration projects and Global Finance projects.**
+ **Experience managing partner/channel data integration or analytics initiatives is highly preferred.**
+ **Solid understanding of data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift ), ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho DI), and cloud technologies.**
+ **Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).**
+ **Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.**
+ **PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus.**
+ **Knowledge of data modeling, data quality management, and MDM principles.**
+ **Experience working in Agile/Scrum and hybrid project methodologies.**
+ **Familiarity with channel partner ecosystems (especially in tech, retail, or telecom sectors).**
+ **Understanding of BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).**
**In addition,** **preferable** **skills and behaviors include:**
+ **Exposure to Oracle ERP environment,**
+ **Basic understanding of Reporting tools like OBIEE, Tableau**
**Education:**
+ **BS/BTech/MS in computer science Information Systems or a related technical field or equivalent industry expertise.**
