This position will be based in Crystal City, VA, Pentagon Mark Center

 

Responsibilities: Function as Lead for a rapid response team engaging in incident resolution for VIP and General Officer Quarters, Presidential visits, break-fixes, and high-priority requirements. Direct and support the Team as they:

Implement and manage network connectivity and transport across all classification levels, manage and perform the installation, maintenance, and removal of all equipment in accordance with customer approved standards and architecture drawings, to include encryption devices, VoIP devices, and VoSIP devices, and auxiliary power equipment (i.e., Uninterrupted Power Supply). Manage and perform life-cycle maintenance for all transport devices and supporting equipment. The Contractor shall manage and perform the patching and cabling for J6 devices located in VIP/GO quarters.

Manage cost transfers and update user agreements with the customer base.  Prepare Monthly reports of work performed by the team.
