Project Manager - Business TransformationPosition Overview
Shaw Industries is seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing complex projects to deliver company-wide strategic initiatives on a cross-functional basis. Projects will be primarily business transformation but normally have a digital component. This role demands a proactive leader who can navigate and influence at all levels of the organization to achieve exceptional results.
In this role, you will execute high quality, predictable and efficient project management and delivery for the enterprise. You will work closely with functional leaders across the company to provide visibility and clarity on execution roadmaps, resource attributions for projects, understand upcoming risks, think creatively to minimize delays, and spearhead
cross-functional resolutions.

You will report to the VP of Business Transformation in the Transformation Management Office and work collaboratively and closely across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
Excellent project management and organizational skills working in a complex environment.

Possess excellent communication skills with business and technical resources within all levels of leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the residential and broader business while effectively driving projects.
Provide visibility, tracking and milestones for major initiatives which highlight progress and represent the impact on business outcomes.
You will lead with confidence, conviction, diligence and by example.
Understand and manage risks and dependencies on a project in a complex environment.
Provide clarity on objectives, deliverables, and define scopes accurately for each project.
Take charge of planning, communications, change management, and implementation of projects.
Navigate diverse stakeholder groups, form and sustain successful partnerships with experts in diverse areas of the business with overlapping and non-overlapping expertise.
Identify risks early on and work diligently with the appropriate subject matter experts to solve or mitigate issues and ensure timely continuation of project deliveries.
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure great delivery
Qualifications:
B.S. required. Ideally in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate required.
7+ years of cross-functional project management experience
Strong understanding of IT and systems-based thinking.
A proven track record in planning, developing, and delivering large scale initiatives on time and on budget.
You are obsessed with the milestones and the details that fuel them.
