Contract Duration: 12+ Months **Required Skills & Experience** + 10+ years of experience in business analysis and project management roles, specifically within the Data domain + Strong Operations experience in a large global bank or financial services + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis + Experience gathering user requirements, functional documentation, and business requirement documents + Familiarity with reference data and accounts data in a back-office context + Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance, including those at senior levels + Experience in designing business process models and solutioning in order to support strategic design decision + Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting need + Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change.
