Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and coordination of our clients exciting new production facility. In this key role, you'll develop comprehensive project timelines, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure seamless integration with our launch strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage high-level project timing plans for our new production facilityPresent plans and progress updates confidently to board-level executivesCoordinate with Technical Project Leads to ensure alignment and integration across all workstreamsWork closely with the Launch team to synchronise project delivery with the overall launch planMonitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesDrive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within the automotive industryDirect experience with automotive OEM launch processesDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-value automotive projectsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadershipStrong stakeholder management abilities across multiple disciplines

QualificationsExperience with Electric Vehicle (EV) projectsAutomotive project management certificationUnderstanding of production facility setup and optimizationKnowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and technologies
