Our client is looking to stand up a Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of creating a centralized department that establishes and maintains project management standards, processes, and best practices within an organization for electric distribution projects and operations. The primary goal is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, align with organizational objectives, and achieve desired outcomes.
Evergreen is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Assistant to support our client in the utilities industry. The Project Management Assistant team supports the Project Managers with administrative tasks related to distribution projects. This role requires a strong understanding of managing work in Asset Suite 8 such as: contract change requests, contract payment authorizations, and managing project initiation and close-out tasks. Follow up with vendors and project managers to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies urgently. Ensure compliance with all project requirements and resolve any issues or concerns, and report on project deliverables. This role pays between 43.27-50.48/hr.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in a project management organization: specifically in contract change requests, document control, and payment authorizations.
Bachelor's Degree required.
2 years of experience working in the utilities or telecom industry.
Strong understanding of process flows, document control, and updating information in corresponding ERP systems.
Proficiency in Asset Suite 8 including: change request orders and payment authorization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance Experience with project controls, scheduling, reviewing project financials
Process mapping experience detailing out workflows and processes
Familiarity with diversity terms and commercial terms in contracts
Background in field estimates and cost management null
