Project Manager Assistant

Position Summary:  The Senior Associate Project Manager supports the Project Management Staff in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assists with Project Manager duties in their absence, and assists with training and development for Associate Project Managers. The Senior Associate Project Manager generally will support one Project Manager with a heavy and time sensitive workload. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Project Set-up + Creates projects in LIMS based on quotes or existing projects + Creates bottle orders + Schedules couriers as needed + Sample Receipt + Reviews sample logins + Generates subcontract paperwork + Sends client sample receipt confirmation + Reviews draft invoices + Confirms that any client needed information is recorded in LIMS + Reporting + Creates and issues final deliverables + Invoicing + Reviews final invoice before issuing to client + Performs invoice corrections as needed + Performs basic Project Manager responsibilities to cover for Project Managers on PTO + Communicate directly with clients as needed + Performs any additional administrative tasks needed to assist Project Managers + Helps train new employees and new Associate Project Managers.  + Other duties as assigned  Position is M-F 1st shift, 8am-5pm.  Basic Minimum Qualifications:  + Associate Degree (4 years of client service experience may substitute for a degree)  + Proficiency working with computers, including Word and Outlook + Previous customer service experience  + Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English. + Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship  Ideal Candidates will have:  + 1-3+ years of customer service experience  + Education and/or experience in related field  + Strong attention to detail  + Professional communication skills  + Proficiency in additional computer programs, including Excel  Pay range:  $20/hour  Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
