We will count on you to:
Articulate the impact of various options and leverage analytics to make informed recommendations across multiple product lines.Partner with senior Account Managers and Regional Sales Teams to retain existing clients and generate new business opportunities by managing contract reviews and midterm adjustments.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and foster growth.Respond effectively to complex client needs and questions, enhancing the overall client experience.Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and transparency standards to serve clients better.Coordinate RFPs and other project-related topics for sales teams and clients.What you need to have:
6+ years of overall experience within this 5 years in risk management, insurance, or related fields.Proven expertise in evaluating risks, analyzing financial data, and developing client solutions.Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret loss experience and financials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.A proactive can-do approach to client service and business development.What makes you stand out:
Prior experience in a client-facing role within insurance or risk management.Fluency in any other European language.Strong understanding of insurance processes.Ability to develop and coordinate innovative solutions tailored to client needs.A track record of building lasting internal/external client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
