Project Manager – Construction

Location: Tacoma, WA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-time, 40 hours/week)

Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000/year (Depending on years of experience, tenure, software proficiency, relevant job titles, etc.)

Job Description Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, estimating, executing, and finalizing construction projects within strict deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing third-party contractors or consultants to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
