Job Title: Project Manager in Transformation WorkJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in transformation work and PMO experience within HR. The successful candidate will coordinate activities across organizational design workstreams, interface with country leads and SHRBPs, and align timelines and interdependencies with other Project Managers in Operations and HR.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand organizational design processes, people impacts, and geography consultation/legal needs.Coordinate activities across organizational design workstreams in Operations.Interface with country leads and SHRBPs to align timelines and interdependencies.Bring project management knowledge, tools, and processes to guide and advise project planning.Coordinate work across time zones to maintain continuous progress.Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure requirements and constraints are understood.Manage program schedule, status reporting, and resource planning.Serve as liaison between project teams, business owners, and stakeholders.Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports.

Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industriesCertification or Degree in Project Management is a plus but not requiredAbility to handle sensitive conversationsDemonstrated success in managing multiple integrated projects
Work Environment

This is a remote role, offering flexibility to work from any location. The position requires the ability to coordinate work across various time zones, ensuring continuous progress in project management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bradley, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $109.00/hr.
