PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Project Manager with deep MS Project expertise to oversee and maintain the integrated schedule for a major, multi-phase construction project in the aerospace sector. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination across contractors, timelines, and stakeholders—keeping one of the most complex builds on track and on time.

You’ll be working on-site with a top-tier aerospace company, partnering with a prime contractor and five major subcontractors (metal, civil, electrical, HVAC, and facilities), managing a massive integrated schedule that keeps it all running.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project with precision.

Coordinate with multiple contractors and stakeholders to update, maintain, and troubleshoot the schedule in real-time.

Act as the primary scheduling liaison between the aerospace client, subcontractors, and internal business functions.

Facilitate communication across departments and between corporate shared services and business units to resolve scheduling and operational conflicts.

Ensure progress aligns with project goals, corporate objectives, and timelines.

Provide regular reporting and status updates to leadership.

What You BringRequired:

Strong, demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project—you’re the go-to person for building, integrating, and maintaining large-scale schedules.

Proven experience managing complex construction schedules with multiple contractors.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

Solid track record of managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables under pressure.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams alike.

Comfortable working fully onsite (this is a hands-on role—no remote option).

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                

Preferred:

Experience in aerospace, defense, or large industrial construction projects.

Familiarity with working in environments involving prime contractors and multiple specialized subcontractors.

Experience integrating cross-functional teams and corporate operations.

Pay Details: $51.16 per hour
