Project Manager
Job Description: Overview We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager to support software development team delivery. The role will focus on ensuring plans are clear, dependencies are well-managed, and commitments are met across a network of upstream and downstream teams. The successful candidate demonstrates comfort working across lean-agile and traditional delivery models to align plans and manage interdependencies. Key Responsibilities Partner with the software development team to plan, track, and deliver work within a lean-agile framework. Facilitate ceremonies and ensure the team has clarity on goals, dependencies, and commitments. Identify, document, and track inter-team dependencies; actively work to mitigate risks and resolve blockers. Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams (lean-agile and traditional) to align schedules, deliverables, and expectations. Develop and maintain project artifacts such as integrated plans, status reports, and dependency trackers. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, ensuring visibility to progress, risks, and issues. Escalate blockers and coordinate resolution to keep delivery on track. Support the team in balancing agility with delivery discipline, fostering continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing software development projects or programs. Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience facilitating lean-agile teams. Experience with traditional project management practices and the ability to bridge lean-agile/traditional teams. Proven success in cross-team coordination and dependency management in complex environments. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.). PMP or SAFe certifications are a plus. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $71.00 **.** This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
