This Position reports to:
Project Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.
This role is contributing to the ELSE (service) business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:Overall Project Leadership and Execution Management: Lead the project team, formulate execution methods, supervise project handover, plan implementation, and monitoring and control of internal and external resources to ensure the achievement of all project objectives; provide feedback on resource performance; promote formal project acceptance, contract termination and customer confirmation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.Compliance and Continuous Optimization: Actively participate in continuous improvement and simplification efforts, support the improvement of guidelines, tools and templates; ensure that the project complies with cybersecurity regulations, standards, contract requirements and the company's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, formulate and implement project HSE plans, and demonstrate on-site safety support actions to ensure stable HSE performance.Business Support and Plan Management: Support local sales and bidding through early participation in tenders; define and apply project scheduling techniques, use earned value management for critical paths and float time, accurately forecast progress to identify change needs; plan and track all project activities, control schedule risks and opportunities, and ensure on-time delivery as committed; guide and collaborate with project planning and control experts.Project Execution Control and Management: Ensure projects follow best practices and company policies, effectively monitor progress and resource utilization; supervise and control project finances, including invoice status, costs, expenses and cash flow; identify, assess, quantify and manage project risks, capture and share lessons learned; conduct contract and claim management in accordance with company policies and contract agreements, coordinate the supply chain, procure required materials from internal and external suppliers, and support procurement negotiations, claims and project changes.Documentation and Relationship Management: Identify all document deliverables required for the contract scope of work, incorporate them into the project plan and track progress, follow up on overdue customer comments; serve as the key contact for customers and the escalation point for project issues, establish and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and achieve effective communication; lead team members to meet project requirements, deliver contract outcomes, achieve committed project results, and proactively apply recovery measures in case of schedule delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications for the role Bachelor degree or above Electrical Engineering Five plus years experience in electrical engineering or 3years plus project management experience, familiar with low voltage MNS switchgear Electrical design Relay protection, factory power supply,power system or equivalent knowledge. Full understanding of engineering process and rule.CET-6 and above Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skillsHave strong communication, coordination and team work ability and Strong sense of responsibility and management skillsAuthorization and incentives Good business awareness and analytical judgment skills
