Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team. We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear panels and solutions projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll create impact by:Lead end-to-end execution of LV & MV switchgear projects, from initiation to commissioning.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IEC, IEEE, local regulations) and customer specifications.Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Support tendering (supplier) activities with technical and execution inputs.Your defining qualities:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of project management experience in LV & MV switchgear or electrical infrastructure projects.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent).Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear technologies, and project execution methodologies.Proficient in project management tools (MS Project etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Experience with digital switchgear solutions and smart grid technologies.Familiarity with factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and commissioning protocols.Knowledge of contract management and commercial aspects of project execution.In return, we offer you:Attractive compensation and benefitsValues-driven work culture with inclusive workplace policies and practices that prioritize diversity and inclusionEndless possibilities and opportunities for progression and learningRecruitment Process:CV Screening   A session with our recruiter to understand your motivation & your past experiences   1-3 Business InterviewsOffer Stage Medical testTransform The Everyday with Us!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
