The Project Manager for Radiometer is responsible for overseeing and managing software development projects from conception to completion and play an important role in the quality of our overall Radiometer digital solution.
This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Digital solutions supporting in Acute care diagnostics, located in Bangalore and will be on-site.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive project planning and execution and be responsible to collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and deliverables of software development projects, develop detailed project plans and coordinate the activities of software development teams.Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure software quality standards, security compliance, and performance metrics are metManage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication on project status, risks, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system, as required by authorities for medical device product developmentThe essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.9+ years of experience in project management within software development environments.Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), especially Agile and Scrum with Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong technical acumen with background in web/windows application development.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is nice to have.Management of C#, .NET projectsJoin our winning team today.
