What You'll Do
As our Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person ensuring projects stay on track, teams stay aligned, and results are delivered. You will:
+ Lead and facilitate planning sessions where ideas turn into actionable strategies.
+ Develop and manage timelines, milestones, and Gantt charts to keep projects moving forward.
+ Anticipate roadblocks and resolve challenges before they slow progress.
+ Share clear, meaningful updates with leadership so decisions can be made with confidence.
+ Motivate and guide diverse work groups, fostering teamwork and accountability.
+ Track budgets and resources to keep projects on target financially.
+ Conduct post-project reviews to celebrate wins and capture lessons learned.
+ Recommend and implement process improvements that make us even stronger.
What We're Looking For
We require someone who not only manages projects well but also brings energy, perspective, and collaboration to the team. Our ideal candidate has:
+ 5-7 years of experience leading complex projects across multiple teams.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
+ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent critical thinking.
+ Experience with project management tools and budget/resource tracking.
+ A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
+ PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Work Environment
+ Primarily office-based with occasional visits to retail, warehouse, or production settings.
+ Limited travel required.
+ Ability to perform light physical requirements (e.g., lifting to 20 lbs., walking short distances).
