Location of position: Flexible, as this role will be remote.
JOB DUTIES:
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering cross-functional projects that are high in complexity, impact and visibility working in a matrix environment. This role will be accountable for the successful delivery of the project in its entirety, ensuring it aligns and meets business needs, including business case, resources, scheduling, scope, budget, team and stakeholder engagement. This role also requires adept coordination across departments and stakeholders without direct authority, ensuring alignment of goals, resources and execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and drives teams toward shared success.
You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful project management with progressive experience managing large-scale projects to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Project management, Information Technology or a related field.
Other Hiring requirements
PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year projects with cross-functional teams within a matrix structure.
Demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to lead through influence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project and Jira).
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
Knowledge of lean methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with construction industry, service operations, technician workflows and/or customer communication platforms is advantageous.

Annual Base Pay Range:
Salary range will be determined based on location for this role as outlined below:
(San Diego/Chicago/Pennsauken/Las Vegas): $142,900 – $196,460.
(Boston): 153,600 – $211,200.
(Charlotte/Cleveland/Phoenix): $133,500 – $183,590.
The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
