Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70.00 - $78.80/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent
Responsibilities
Define the scope of the project, establish project goals, and develop a comprehensive project plan. Identify and manage project risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate the work of team members and vendors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and changes. Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses to ensure cost control. Ensure that the project is completed to the required quality standards and meets all project deliverables. Facilitate effective team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills for effectively planning and prioritizing project tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and make informed decisions. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Must Have 10 or more years of experience in paper converting technology Experience in contract manufacturer relationships and initiative scale-up Experience in project management of a paper initiative start-up Must have strong organizational & time management skills to manage detailed project schedule (Microsoft Project skills is a plus)
