Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage the project team in the execution of all Addition & Alteration (A&A) and project works for multiple facilities. Plan, coordinate, and implement A&A and project works, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, safety requirements, and client specifications. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to manage project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with expectations. Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors to obtain and evaluate quotations, manage procurement activities, and monitor contract performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Review and prepare technical drawings, scope of works, feasibility studies, and detailed project proposals based on site requirements and client objectives. Provide technical guidance and advice to team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and resolution of technical issues during the project lifecycle. Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality assurance and workplace safety are maintained throughout all phases of the project. Review, update, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, permits, reports, and records. Handle any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the effective delivery of facilities and project services.

 

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field. At least 3 years relevant working experience in project management, preferably in the facilities management or construction industry, with proven involvement in A&A works. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office tools. Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
