Join a leading force in the downstream oil industry, specializing in bulk storage and fuel distribution. We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure projects in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites Define scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively Track progress using KPIs and milestones Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience working with bulk oil tanks and storage infrastructure Strong understanding of B2B sales processes in the bulk oil sector Practical knowledge in setting up and operating fuel stations Solid background in the downstream oil industry Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field PMP Certification is a plus 10–15 years total experience in project management Minimum 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record in setting up cement plants, oil depots, or fuel stations International experience in Africa or the Middle East is highly desirable
