Job Description：

参与销售流程，协助销售进行客户需求沟通，识别项目机会及成功率，涵盖基础数通、网络安全、私有云等场景

协助运维服务方面的售前支持，包括获取客户需求和服务解决方案，帮助销售共同管理客户

根据项目信息设计解决方案，符合用户需求和成本规划，并在项目基础上开发其他项目机会

作为服务交付管理人员，负责所管理的客户项目，按预算、成本、质量和进度完成合同服务，通过持续周期维护和改进服务质量

领导虚拟团队在预算和服务支持范围内管理成本，维护运营合同

与客户定期沟通，协调资源进行服务交付，负责SLA、SOW的协调和确定，并根据情况及时调整

定期提交服务报告，包括监控报告、容量报告、可用性报告等，定期进行客户回访、服务成果汇报和高层回顾会议

Job requirements:

本科及以上学历，专业不限

熟悉ITIL服务管理及项目管理流程，五年以上ICT基础架构相关项目管理经验，两年以上团队管理经验

具备成熟的项目管理能力，逻辑思维清晰，善于沟通协调资源

英语口语流利者优先
