Our client, a major enterprise undergoing large-scale labor technology transformation, is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead the modernization of their labor forecasting software. This high-visibility role will focus on implementing an advanced AI/ML-powered solution to replace a legacy system. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR and labor scheduling systems, executive-level communication, and proven project delivery expertise.

**What’s the Job?**
+ Lead the technical implementation of a labor forecasting software modernization effort to replace a 20-year-old system.
+ Oversee delivery of three major solution components:
+ Labor standards integration
+ Labor modeling integration
+ Labor forecasting integration
+ Enhance labor scheduling accuracy and reduce human error through AI and machine learning.
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
+ Provide executive-level reporting, manage risks, and track progress.
+ Maintain and continuously update project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Communicate status, issues, and decisions effectively across stakeholder groups. **What’s Needed?**
+ Experience managing third-party software implementations, especially within HR and labor scheduling domains.
+ Proven success leading complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies.
+ Executive-level communication skills and experience managing stakeholder visibility and risk mitigation.
+ Strong ability to build, maintain, and align project plans.
