Project Manager

**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.**
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Duration:** Ongoing Contract
**Duties:**
+ Work within Servicing Experiences Technology and across partner/customer teams to implement defined project plans and initiatives.
+ Facilitate and lead technology conversations, documenting solutions and action items.
+ Organize and conduct sprint planning meetings and other scrum ceremonies with the delivery team.
+ Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness for execution.
+ Ensure dependency alignment across teams and implement Program Increment (PI) objectives in support of strategy, vision, and roadmap.
+ Collaborate with other Technical Project Managers to coordinate cross-team dependencies and integration.
+ Ensure delivery teams provide value on behalf of end users by tracking outcomes against objectives.
+ Partner with product owners to develop and prioritize the team backlog.
+ Generate metrics-driven insights into delivery and execution using relevant team-level metrics.
+ Identify and escalate impediments, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
+ Foster innovation through continuous exploration and improvement practices.
+ Drive Agile team objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
+ Manage program budgets, track costs, and ensure spending aligns with approved project plans.

**Experience:**
+ Proven experience managing technology projects in an Agile environment.
+ Strong background in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
+ Experience with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivering against PI objectives.
+ Proficiency in creating and interpreting delivery metrics to guide execution and continuous improvement.
+ Budget management and compliance experience preferred.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
