Project Manager
Mechanical Project Manager This role is based in St. Louis, MO but they are looking for a 100% travel Project Manager Responsibilities + Lead mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. + Oversee daily operations including scheduling, coordination, and documentation. + Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. + Monitor project progress and financials; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation. + Support field crews by ensuring alignment between design drawings, fabrication, and installation. + Conduct regular job site visits to assess quality, safety, and installation progress. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). + Proven experience in mechanical or construction project management. + Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in commercial construction. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). + Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to align and motivate teams. + Highly organized, solution-oriented, and composed under pressure. + Skilled in interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
