Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking project milestones and budgets, and effectively communicating with the customer. The role requires an understanding of project management techniques, strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, and competence in the MS Office Suite.

ResponsibilitiesSupport teams as assigned by the program manager to help complete projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.Ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.Prepare slides and run required meetings.Assist with budgeting and scheduling.Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project for early resolution.Coordinate cross-project activities with customers.Assist in preparation of periodic management reports.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3+ years of experience utilizing MS Office and MS Project.Exposure to Federal Acquisition Regulation Requirements (FARR) and PMP certification.Must be a U.S. Person as defined in International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work as a team player.Understanding of customer requirements and company goals.Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and part of a growing company that maintains a family feel. The current team consists of 2 Project Managers managing 5 projects, and one project will be handed off to the new hire. Projects typically start at 2-3 million and grow in size as training progresses. Dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
