Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation of foundational technology supporting the Zero Trust Security Model and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) framework. This role will leverage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to enhance secure connectivity and threat protection across our global user base.

ResponsibilitiesEngage, manage, and coordinate vendors, particularly Zscaler.Deploy ZIA and ZPA agents across all endpoints via MDM for macOS and Windows.Plan and implement DNS and web filtering policies as well as remote access policies.Integrate firewall policies to optimize secure access, especially for China connectivity.Decommission legacy DNS and web filtering technologies.Develop communication, training, and support materials.Manage change impacting the entire organization, consisting of approximately 1800 people.Essential SkillsProven success in managing security infrastructure rollouts in mid-to-large enterprises.Hands-on experience with Zscaler is required.Familiarity with SASE, ZTNA, or cloud security platforms.Experience working with international teams, particularly in North America, Europe, and China.Ability to lead change, manage communication, and develop training to support users during technology transitions. PROSCI qualification is preferred.Experience with Agile project delivery, ideally with two-week sprint cycles, and scrum certification is preferred.Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort managing cross-functional teams and facilitating training and change management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Chinese-specific IT projects, including navigating internet access through the Great Firewall.Expertise in using Cisco DNS and Palo Alto firewalls.PROSCI qualification is preferred.Experience dealing with executive stakeholders and providing white glove service.Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and potential for project extension. The initiative will impact the entire organization, consisting of approximately 1800 people. The work environment includes a hybrid team setup, coordinating across security, network, and end-user support functions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
