Metso is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Tampere!

If you have a passion for leading diverse projects with Mid-size and Mobile Crushers and want to be part of a company building a sustainable future, you might be the person we’re looking for.

 

This role is global and belongs to the Crushing business line, so you will be working closely with the Market area project teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of customer projects from planning to execution. You will lead the project team, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Please note the position is in Finland, Tampere, and it requires on-site working. 

 

What you’ll do

 

Be in front of the customer, setting up expectations and negotiating Manage projects from presales to warranty phase Keep the project organized and updated, and provide reports as defined by the company Customer communication and stakeholder collaboration Guiding and motivating the project team

 

Who you are

 

Extensive knowledge of Metso Mid-size and mobile crushers At least 3–5 years of experience in international project management in an industrial setting Good knowledge of Project Management disciplines – example contract review, risk management, lessons learned, etc. Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to influence others without being a direct report Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems efficiently Fluent in English; all other languages are an asset
