Project Manager
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager with one of BC's leading health authorities, you will lead and manage multiple small to mid-sized tenant improvement (TI) projects in healthcare. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecyclefrom construction start to close-outensuring milestones are met, stakeholders are aligned, and project schedules are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities Manage 810 concurrent TI projects with varying scopes and complexity, within healthcare settings. Oversee project planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and execution, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and healthcare-specific standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure accountability and performance. Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues. Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Provide leadership and supervision to designated staff and project teams. Skills and Requirements Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business or a related field. PMP Certification. Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience, specifically with commercial TI or institutional environments. Proven track record of managing projects from construction initiation through close-out. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ability to manage schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and drive project delivery. Familiarity with Canadian construction standards, codes, bylaws and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and related applications. Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
