At Thales Portugal we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead complex technical projects processes. This role is critical to coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing planning and execution, and ensuring full compliance with financial, technical, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

Lead full project lifecycles from planning to deliveryDefine, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and risksCoordinate internal teams and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with technical, quality, and contractual standardsFinancial management of the project

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in project managementStrong leadership, planning, and communication skillsFluent in English (spoken and written)Availability to travel when requiredIPMA certification (preferred)
