Job Title: Scheduling Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project/Installation Manager to lead and manage projects for our Shades/Blinds Division. The role involves overseeing all project activities from the office, including client relations, troubleshooting installation issues, scheduling, and dispatching technicians.

ResponsibilitiesOversee product delivery to clients.Ensure site safety and compliance with procedures by the team, conducting training as necessary.Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules.Review purchase orders and sales logs daily to update crew schedules.Manage material orders and delivery schedules.Communicate with general contractors to provide updates on delivery and work times.Conduct daily debriefings on work performed and generate reports.Select and validate subcontractors to execute work.Perform quality control on project completion.Assist in vehicle maintenance programs and GPS tracking.Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to monitor inventory.Essential SkillsProject managementConstructionCustomer serviceConstruction managementSchedulingTroubleshootingChange order managementDispatchingClient relationsRequest for Information (RFI) managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsIdeally some schooling in construction management or a related field.Ability to read and interpret site drawings and blueprints.5+ years of installation experience.Work Environment

The role is based in a professional office environment with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. You will spend 80% of your time in the office managing crews and projects. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
