We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in interior fit out projects to oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be based in Pune but will travel across India as required by project needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple interior fitout projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standardsCoordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into project plansLead project teams including designers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycleDevelop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgetsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specificationsManage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiationsIdentify and mitigate risks that could impact project deliveryProvide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership teamEnsure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and building codesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in project management specifically for interior fitout projectsStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and industry standardsExperience with project management tools and softwareExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailRequired SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office suiteUnderstanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systemsKnowledge of building codes and regulations across major Indian citiesBudget management and cost control expertiseVendor and contractor management experienceTravel RequirementsMust be willing to travel pan-India (approximately 40-50% travel) based on project requirementsLocationBased in Pune, Maharashtra with travel to project sites across India
