We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with a strong experience in construction to oversee mechanical cooling and refrigeration projects. This role involves managing field crews, coordinating project logistics, and ensuring quality and safety across job sites. Candidates with experience in piping, plumbing, welding, fluids, process piping, or mechanical installation are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical cooling and refrigeration construction projects from start to finish.Maintain and update construction schedules and manpower planning.Collaborate with Project Engineers to plan project starts, including labor, materials, equipment, and rentals.Conduct progress and final quality assessments at job sites.Perform regular site visits to monitor field progress and resolve issues.Attend construction meetings with management.Oversee construction warranties, redlines, and as-built plans.Lead safety efforts including tailgate meetings, JHAs, inspections, and coordination with the Safety Department.Coordinate equipment deliveries and logistics.Support additional tasks as assigned by management.QualificationsExperience in construction project management.Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong typing and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Capable of reading construction plans (training available for the right candidate).Willingness to travel to job sites.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with MS Project and CAD software is a plus.Benefits401(k) with matchingDental, health, vision, and life insurancePaid time offMonday to Friday schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
