In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead up to 5 projects simultaneously, especially those with strategic impact for the organization. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate with other site support teams (Facilities, Finance, IT, Human Resources) and foster a collaborative environment. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor milestone and KPI compliance. Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or budget. Ensure the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction. Manage project change management. Informally manage Project Coordinators.

  For This Role, You Will Need: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in complex or multinational environments. Certifications such as PMP or Agile/Scrum. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project. B2 English level.
