Job Title: Project Manager/Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Engineer to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. This role involves providing leadership in delivering automation solutions across various industries. The position requires proficiency in project management, specifically in implementing successful automation solutions using PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms.

ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage the scope, schedule, and budget of automation system projects of varying size and complexity.Lead by example and ensure customer expectations are met while achieving business and financial goals.Conceptualize, detail, and implement control systems for industrial processes and machinery that meet customer requirements.Provide technical leadership in automation solutions.Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and strive for excellence in project execution methodology.Essential SkillsDemonstrated proficiency in project management.Experience in automation, electrical troubleshooting, controls engineering, and process controls.Capability in PLC programming.Greater than 8 years of experience in relevant areas.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.PMP certification would be a plus.Experience in industries such as Food and Beverage, Oil & Gas, Wood or Grain.Design of electrical schematics, including power distribution, control panels, and NEC references.Experience leading a team of engineers/technicians and mentoring less experienced engineers.Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel up to 30%.Work Environment

This is an onsite role with up to 30% travel to customer sites throughout the United States. The position offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as part of the benefits package.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

The expected salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year depending on qualifications plus a discretionary bonus and employee stock program.
