The Project Manager is responsible for projects supporting capacity transformation & continued production of cost-effective high-quality products, such as effective implementation of new equipment and improved manufacturing reliability and operating efficiency processes.

The Project Manager is also responsible for effective engagement and communications with internal and external stakeholders and will be a critical and strategic thinker in establishing project priorities across cross-functional teams.

This position reports to the Director Program Management and is part of the OPS PMO located in Solna, Sweden and will be an on-site role.

MSc in Life Sciences or Engineering with 5+ years of relevant professional experienceMinimum 3 years of experience of project management  Strong leadership skills and ability to engage, motivate and develop colleaguesStrong organization and planning skillsExcellent communication in English, written and oralExperience within validation/qualification and manufacturing processes and targets
