Our Business Integration team validates customers and supports interactions of all new Spectrum products to ensure a positive customer experience. Through user acceptance and operational readiness testing, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.

As a Project Manager on the Business Integration team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation. You will use your project management experience to help deliver initiatives to improve the customer and agent experience to reduce contact rate. You will be hands on with creating detailed end-to-end project plans and will work closely with cross-functional partners to track progress.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you’ll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You’ll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: Project Management: 2 or more years Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experienceAbilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
