Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support one of our CM clients to support a renovation and partially new construction manufacturing project in Central, NJ. This is a food manufacturing facility that is operational around 50-100K SQF across two single story buildings. Work with Field Supervision to Develop procurement strategy and bid package breakdown. develop and manage overall project schedules. Effectively communicate with Owner/Project stakeholders to manage overall project and resolve any issues that may come up during the renovation and new build process. Effectively manage overall project finances, forecast costs, develop project estimates, and track and update project estimates through design/GMP phases.
