JOB PURPOSE:
The Project Manager will lead field operations-based projects related to process improvement across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate will drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes, managing change initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights. This role requires a strong blend of project management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Lead end-to-end project management for process improvement initiatives.
§ Manage cross-functional change acceleration process and help drive adoption.
§ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
§ Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
§ Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project issues proactively.
§ Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
§ Implement lean methodologies and other process improvement frameworks.
§ Standardize processes and develop best practices across the organization.
§ Engage and train stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during change initiatives.
§ Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
§ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data to inform decision making.
§ Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project updates and outcomes.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelors’ degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered
§ Minimum of three years of project management experience
§ Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

§ Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers.
§ Ability to effectively utilize technology and learn and adapt to innovative technology environments.
§ PMP certification or equivalent.
§ Lean/six sigma certification.
§ Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
§ Knowledge of CRT (Complex Rehab Technology) industry.
